Throughout all sites, Tasmanian Conveyor Solutions risk assessment procedure 'Take 5' focuses on making employees stop and think before undertaking a task.

The process is focused on five steps: thinking through the task; spotting the hazards; assessing the risk; making changes to control the hazards; and undertaking the task safely.

Safety is Paramount

TCS employs an Occupational Health and Safety Manager whose role includes regular assessment of work procedures and appropriate training of all staff in safe work practices.

All jobs undergo a Job Safety Analysis to identify any potential hazards and enable assigned staff to take the necessary precautions. Client sign-off on the Job Safety Analysis endorses the integrity of the procedure.
