TCS specialises in cold bonded rubber linings in a purpose built facility. Rubber linings to pipework, spools, tanks, chutes and valves in a wide range of compounds means that customers’ receive excellent quality workmanship with quick turnaround. All work is conducted in house including abrasive blasting, rubber lining to comply with BS6374:Part 5:1985, and external coatings when required.

Both abrasive and chemical applications are suited to rubber lining processes on a variety of substrates such as mild steel, aluminium, stainless steel, fibreglass, concrete, exotic metals and even wood. Rubber linings are used to extend equipment life and maximise operative efficiences. By enabling performance parts and equipment to operate longer, rubber linings are able to deliver a lower total cost of ownership.
